Taylor Swift reportedly had her “most meaningful” Christmas with her parents Travis Kelce and his father

Taylor Swift attended Travis Kelce's Christmas game at Arrowhead Stadium, where the Kansas City Chiefs lost to the Las Vegas Raiders. They left the stadium hand-in-hand, and although the NFL star did not win the game, he still had a special holiday, according to sources close to the singer.

Swift's parents Scott and Andrea were also seen in the VIP box, chatting with Kelce's father Ed. Later, her brother Austin was seen on the big screen in a full Santa suit. An insider told Daily Mail that they spent the rest of the day together and that it was the “most meaningful” experience for the singer of the Eras Tour.

“Seeing her families together on such a special holiday was the best gift ever for Taylor,” they said. “It was something she had never experienced before and it made the holiday the most meaningful for her.”

The insider added that Kelce was “sad” about the Chiefs' loss, but that he is “at a point in his career where he doesn't let it bother him as much and he's looking forward to the next game.”

Kelce's mother Donna was not present as she had flown to Philadelphia to support Jason Kelce, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles. An NFL family has a lot to do. Swift has met Donna before and has been seen sitting with her in the VIP box several times. In a Today show appearance in October, she seemed to indicate that their meeting attracted more attention than expected.

When hosts Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb asked her what it was like meeting the pop star, she replied, “It was okay.”

“I don't like to talk about it. It's just one of those things where everyone saw me,” Donna added. “I was in the pits with her. It's another thing that spiced up my life.”

Ed told People that Swift is “a very, very sweet, very charming, down-to-earth young woman” whose intelligence “shines through immediately.”
