Rob Gronkowski pays tribute to his girlfriend Camille Kostek on Valentine's Day: “Always caring, always there”

It's been a busy few weeks for Super Bowl LV champion Rob Gronkowski, but the NFL star still took time this month to celebrate another special event: Valentine's Day.

To commemorate the romantic holiday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers player shared a tribute to his longtime girlfriend Camille Kostek on Instagram.

On Monday, the 31-year-old sportsman published a series of photos of the couple along with a heartfelt message about the former Sports Illustrated Swim Cover star.

“Happy Valentine's Day to my baby @camillekostek, one of the hardest workers I know. Always cheering me on, always taking care of me, and always there for anything I need!” Gronkowski wrote. “Keep going #nevernotdancing my ❤️!!”

The tight end posted pictures of the two celebrating after the Buccaneers defeated the Kansas City Chiefs to win this year's Super Bowl, giving Gronkowski his fourth Super Bowl ring.

One shot shows the couple kissing on the field after the Bucs' win, while another photo shows the two cuddling on a boat while 28-year-old Kostek wears her boyfriend's jersey.

Gronkowski also shared a cute photo of the two riding a roller coaster together at Walt Disney World, both wearing Super Bowl LV champions' gear.

Kostek also paid tribute to her boyfriend on Valentine's Day, sharing a similar photo of the couple cozying up on a boat.

In the recording, Kostek can be seen lying on Gronkowski's chest with his arm around her shoulder.

“My love, my friend, my Valentine ❤️,” she wrote under the picture.

The model also showed her husband lots of love when she cheered him on at the Super Bowl earlier this month.

She wore black, shiny leather pants with a denim corset top and a cropped red jacket to the game. Kostek cheered Gronkowski on by displaying his name and number, as well as the Super Bowl LV logo. The details of Gronkowski's jersey were, of course, completely covered in rhinestones. The jacket was made by Rebel Britney.

Throughout the season, Kostek has supported Gronkowski on Instagram by posting numerous photos in Buccaneers gear.

Gronkowski and Kostek, a former New England Patriots cheerleader, have been together since 2015. While he dominates the football field, she has made impressive progress in her modeling career and SI Swimsuit Model Search and the appointment as SI Swimsuit Rookie in 2018 and landed the coveted cover of the 2019 Swimming Issue.
