Meet the partners of the Today Show hosts, from Hoda Kotb's ex-fiancé to Al Roker's wife from a rival network

After his second marriage to Alice Bell ended in divorce in 1984, Al Roker found love with Deborah Robertsthe two married in 1995. They have two children together: Nick, 22, and Leila, 25, as well as Al's daughter from his first marriage, Courtney, 37.

Just like Al, Deborah is quite a successful TV personality. Since 1995, Deborah has been a mainstay at ABC News, working as a reporter, co-anchor of 20/20 with David Muirand contributor to Good morning AmericaShe has won an Emmy and a Peabody Award.

Unlike the others on this list, Hoda Kotb and Joel Schiffman are no longer together. After starting a relationship with the New York financier in 2013, they announced their engagement in 2019 but ended the relationship in early 2022.

However, Hoda and Joel remain close friends and Co-parents of daughters Haley, seven, and Hope, fourwhom they adopted when they were together. The ex-partners often spend time together, especially on family holidays, and maintain a warm relationship.

Since 2011, Craig Melvin is happily married to Lindsay Czarniak and the couple have two children, Delano “Del”, ten, and Sybil “Sibby”, seven. However, Lindsay is just as much a fixture in television journalism as her husband.

The sports presenter and reporter worked for years at ESPN as sport Center Moderator and is currently FOX Sports Sideline Reporter for their NFL Games and NASCAR coverage. Like Craig, she previously covered the 2008 Beijing Olympics for NBC Sports.

In 2004, Jenna Bush met Henry Hager on a presidential campaign while he was working for her father, former U.S. President George W. Bush. Although he was dating someone else at the time, they fell in love and began a romance.

In 2007, they announced their engagement (after Henry initially said “no” when Jenna proposed after three months of dating) and married in 2008 on the Bush family estate in Texas. They have since had daughters Mila (11) and Poppy (8) and son Hal (5).

Since 2012, Today meteorologist Dylan Dreyer is married to Brian Fichera. The couple has three sons together: Calvin (7), Oliver (4) and Russell “Rusty” (2). And as it turns out, they first met at work!

Brian works for NBC News as a producer and cameraman and met when they both worked at NBC's Boston affiliate station WHDH. He proposed to her in 2011 and they married the following year. They also co-host a SiriusXM radio show called Lunch with Dylan and Brian.

After a brief engagement to actress Tara Reid, Carson Daly found love with Siri Pinter, a food blogger and daughter of actor Mark Pinter (best known for his extensive television work). They became engaged in 2013 and married in 2015.

Since the beginning of her relationship with Carson, Siri has also been a food delivery driver for the Today's show alongside her husband. She is also a cookbook author. They are the parents of Jackson, 15, Etta, 11, London, 9, and Goldie, 4.

In 2007, Sheinelle Jones married Uche Ojeh, whom she met at Northwestern University when she was a freshman there and he was a visiting student in high school. They are the parents of children Kayin, 14, and fraternal twins Clara and Uche, 13.

Uche isn't as much in the spotlight as the other Today partners, but he supports Sheinelle and her family behind the scenes as much as he can. His LinkedIn profile says he works as a consultant in New York City.
