Roseburg police on Wednesday charged a woman with second-degree trespassing and resisting arrest.

An RPD report said the 43-year-old was encountered in the lobby of Roseburg Towing in the 1800 block of Northeast Stephens Street at 12:20 p.m. The woman was evicted from the premises and refused to leave. She reportedly resisted arrest but was eventually handcuffed and taken to the correctional facility. She was held on $7,500 bail.

The woman was involved in a two-vehicle accident just over an hour earlier. At 10:55 a.m., the woman's vehicle collided with a second vehicle at the intersection of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard and Northeast Walnut Street. Her vehicle sustained severe front-end damage while the other vehicle sustained front-end damage, primarily on the driver's side. The woman was cited for failure to comply with a traffic control system in that incident.
