Arrests in connection with the death of the “General Hospital” star

Suspects with alleged links to General Hospital The death of actor Johnny Wactor was confirmed on August 15 in Los Angeles.

The actor, who played Brando Corbin from 2020 until his character's exit from the soap in 2022, was killed in May 2024 during an alleged robbery in which he was fatally shot. In this latest report from DeadlinePolice officials announced the news of the arrested suspects just days after the release of a photo allegedly showing three possible perpetrators.

Wactor was killed in downtown Los Angeles in the early morning of May 25 as he and a co-worker walked to his car after his shift as a bartender. The artist was confronted by three robbers attempting to steal car parts.

Police said the suspects fled the scene in a stolen black 2018 Infiniti Q50. The investigation is reportedly focused on members of the Florencia 13 gang, who are linked to catalytic converter thefts in the area.

As mentioned above, the investigation revealed photographs of the suspects and the getaway vehicle, which have been made available to the public to give them the opportunity to provide the authorities with full details.

At the time of Wactor’s death, his talent agent David Shaul shared the following statement diversity: “Johnny Wactor was a spectacular human being. He was not only a talented actor who was dedicated to his craft, but also a true moral role model for all who knew him. He stood for hard work, tenacity and a never-give-up attitude. Through the ups and downs of a demanding profession, he always kept his head up and continued to strive to be the best he could be.”

So far, neither names nor further details about the arrested suspects have been released.
