Canines & Coffee is raising money to build a new animal shelter; the event features a famous TikTok creator.

“Canines & Coffee” will take place on Saturday, August 31st from noon to 4 p.m. at the animal shelter located at 891 East Road in Stephenville.

The event will feature famous TikTok user Nick Luciano and his dogs Bullet and Maverick, both adopted from the shelter, as well as vendors selling food, coffee, ice cream, cotton candy, fresh-squeezed lemonade and leather goods.

There will even be live music.

“We encourage people to bring their dogs,” said Serena Wright, executive director of ECHS. Beneath the Surface News“We want to use this event to raise money for our new accommodation and we will have plans on display for people to view.”

There will also be special offers on kitten, cat, puppy and dog adoptions, dog nail trimming and microchip implantations for $10.

For children there are bouncy castles, face painting, temporary tattoos and games with the chance to win prizes.
