Mountain Top Media will broadcast the Amber Spradlin murder hearing live on Monday

PRESTONSBURG, Kentucky – When the defendants in the murder of Amber Spradlin appear in court next week, Mountain Top Media will provide live, up-to-date coverage of the incident.

Special Judge Eddy Coleman issued an order this week making Mountain Top Media the only media outlet permitted to broadcast the proceedings live. Mountain Top Media is the only news organization permitted to bring a video camera into the courtroom, but will act as a pool camera and make videos of the proceedings available to any media outlet that requests them.

The event will be broadcast live on Mountain Top TV, the Mountain Top TV app and the Mountain Top News Facebook page.

The trial is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Monday. Attorneys are expected to present any pending motions they have in the case. The defendants will be tried again after a grand jury issues a supplemental indictment that additionally charges each of them with evidence tampering.
