Piccolo claims the trigger was the restaurant's failure to adequately accommodate her allergies.

The incident occurred on October 5, 2023, when Tangsuan, who suffered from severe nut and milk allergies, was having dinner with her husband and mother-in-law. Despite informing staff several times about her allergies and receiving assurances about the safety of her meal, she began experiencing distressing symptoms shortly after eating.
