Man shot multiple times and killed in Tacony Creek Park: Officials

OLNEY – Several shots are fired in Tacony Creek Park and a 25-year-old man is killed.

The shooting occurred Friday night shortly after 7:30 p.m. in the 700 block of East Olney Avenue in Tacony Creek Park, officials said.

The man was shot multiple times in the chest and upper body. Paramedics took him to Einstein Medical Center, but he died in the hospital.

The homicide squad is investigating the shooting and points out that no weapon was found and no arrests were made.

Police would like to remind you that in all murder cases there is a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
