Bebe Rexha says she was kicked off the plane for a 'hate crime'

It's been a rough year for Bebe Rexha. The singer is repeatedly pelted with projectiles at concerts and has vaguely referred to G-Eazy as an “ungrateful loser.” Today she was thrown from a plane and she says it was a hate crime.

In her Instagram story, Rexha posted a video of herself crying at the airport. The caption read: “I was threatened because I thought the security guard was Albanian. I spoke to him in Albanian and asked where I could get my ticket and now he's not letting me board the flight.”

“I believe this is a hate crime because I am Albanian,” she added in the following post. “He wouldn't let me tell him his name. He continued to abuse me psychologically to make me feel more powerful than him. None of the women at @Lufthansa intervened or said anything. He wouldn't tell me his name. But I just found out he works for ATSG, a document control service company contracted by Lufthansa.”

Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Last month, Pepa of Salt-N-Pepa claimed she was also wrongfully kicked off a flight.
