How to complete the Olympic Striker challenge in BitLife – Destructoid

The Olympics may be over, but that doesn't mean we can't have a fun after-party. BitLife is aware of this and is celebrating the Olympic Games with a sporting challenge that asks you to become a famous football player. Here's how to complete the Olympic Striker challenge, also known as Star Striker in BitLife.

BitLife Olympic (Star) Striker Challenge Guide

BitLife The Olympic Striker Challenge has five objectives to achieve:

  • Being born in Greece
  • Join the athletics team in secondary school
  • Emigrate to Great Britain
  • Become a famous football player
  • Win 2+ soccer championships.

Since you have to become a famous football player and win championships, you will need the special career package “Pro Athlete” for this challenge. You can get it from BitLife Marketplace in the main menu, but this costs real money.

Being born in Greece

The first part of this challenge is to create a character born in Greece. Although you will emigrate later, you must start in Greece and wait until you unlock that option. In addition, your starting gender and city are entirely up to you, although this challenge is easier to complete if you have a particular athletic talent.

Join the athletics team in secondary school

The next part of the Olympic Striker challenge is to join the secondary school track and field team. You start with the secondary school when your character turns 15, and then you have three years to join the team. You can find the team by going to School, Secondary School, and Activities. From here, scroll down until you see the track and field team.

Although it's unlikely, there's a chance you won't find the track and field team when you search the list. If that happens, you may need to create a new character and age again until you find the team in the list. After joining the track and field team, immediately leave it and join the soccer team instead, as you'll need this later in the challenge to become a famous athlete.

Emigrate to Great Britain

Once your character turns 18, you can emigrate to the UK. It doesn't matter when you do this task, as long as you do it before your character dies. In most cases, I recommend doing this as your last task so you can retire to the UK in peace.

Another option you might have is to be offered a contract as a professional football player for a British team. This will automatically result in you emigrating to the UK and multitasking.

Become a famous football player

The hardest part of the Olympic Striker challenge is becoming a famous soccer player and winning soccer championships. The easiest way to become a famous soccer player is to join a soccer team in high school or university, train hard, and become the team captain. If you train hard, you will probably be offered a contract to play soccer professionally.

Once you're a professional soccer player, you can access the options through the profession menu. There you'll find menus for practicing your skills, training, and requesting a transfer, among others. For now, focus on training and practicing to improve your skills and increase your chances of becoming famous.

Win football championships

Now that you're a famous soccer player, you have the opportunity to train your fitness. Maximizing your fitness will reduce your risk of injury, and improving your skills will help your team win championships later on. Don't worry; your character's stats will probably be pretty bad at first, but you can improve them later.

Once you're older, you'll find a scorecard showing your performance and your team's placement. First place means you win a soccer championship and are eligible for an award. Your results are partially random, but maximizing your fitness and soccer skills will increase your chances of receiving an award. Once you've won two championships, you've officially completed the Olympic Striker Challenge. BitLife.
