US court: Prince Harry's drug past deeply rooted

Prince Harry's decision to immigrate to the United States encountered obstacles.

The Duke of Sussex, who has apparently applied for permanent residency in the United States, may face obstacles to his victory due to previous confessions regarding his drug addiction.

Although the US court has sealed Harry's fate in a document, the decision may not be published until the next few days.

The Sun reports: “It concerns a case brought last year by the think tank Heritage Foundation. The organization sued the Department of Homeland Security after it rejected a Freedom of Information request to see the immigration records of Harry, who now lives in the US.”

The outlet adds: “Harry has spoken about using cannabis, cocaine and magic mushrooms in his book Spare and his Netflix television series.”

“Judge Nichols filed his decision in a Washington DC court after spending four months reviewing Harry’s immigration documents.

It can only be seen by “authorized persons”, they keep going.

Prince Harry left the royal family in 2020 along with his wife Meghan Markle and son Prince Archie. The couple later accused the royal family of displaying racism towards their son and shared their grievances publicly on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter Princess Lilibet.
