TI calls out young thug on his birthday as YSL RICO case may be dismissed

TI is one of many hip-hop stars calling for Young Thug's release in the messy and controversial YSL RICO case. The Atlanta trap legend recently took to his Instagram page to send a happy birthday message to one of his torchbearers on Thugger's 33rd trip around the sun. Not only that, but Tip's comments predicting that the case could soon be over may actually prove prophetic. Fani Willis' Republican opponent in the Fulton County District Attorney election this year vowed to drop the case if he is elected. While this is only a hypothetical situation, it has raised many questions about whether this case will end in a verdict or a mistrial.

“Happy birthday my brother 4L King Spyda / Super Slizzy / Mr. Cleveland Ave / Thugga Thugga / The Iconic Prolific Legend himself Lil Jeff,” TI told Young Thug. “Stand firm and stay strong buddy. After every storm the rain will run out and I see a big comeback coming‼️ I can’t wait until you land again so you can put your Uggglas shit on and I can send your musty ass back to the locker room with that cheap shit you wear… [crying-laughing emoji] Tuh. There's neither a question nor a guess, Jack!!! YKWTFGO with US U DIGGG. #FamilyTies. @thuggerthugger1.”

TI's birthday message to Young Thug

Furthermore, TI's message comes amidst many other birthday messages and initiatives for Young Thug, including an adorable video featuring his children to promote the SP5DER brand. Additionally, many recent updates in the YSL RICO case have left viewers confused. With Lil Woody's wild statements and various judge changes, there is a lot to sort out and many elements to consider. Hopefully, this will all clear up soon and we can see a more consistent, fair and effective trial process.

Meanwhile, Gunna, one of Young Thug's closest confidants, also recently wished him a happy birthday. This interested many fans as it contributed to a lot of speculation about whether or not Wunna betrayed YSL and what their relationship looks like now. Although all signs point to them still being cool, some fans still want a stronger conclusion. We'll see if the near future brings anything major in that regard.
