play

The first part of the fourth season of Emily in Paris dropped on Thursday, and the first five episodes are full of drama, fashion and an unexpected twist. However, viewers will have to wait a little longer before all their questions are answered.

Lily Collins told Netflix's Tudum that for her, “this is the year when Emily really becomes her most vulnerable.”

“Emily is feeling more emotions – everyone is feeling more emotions this year,” Collins said of Season 4. “There's more honesty and openness in all the situations they go through.”

Series creator Darren Star told Tudum that Season 4 of “Emily of Paris” will be about Emily’s development during her time in Paris.

“The central premise of the show at the beginning was that Emily in Paris was a fish out of water, but that's no longer the premise of the show in season 4,” Star said. “The show is called Emily in Paris and season 4 is about the evolution of Emily in Paris.”
