At the same time, BJP won 25 seats, Congress 16, Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantrik) 3, AJSU 2, CPM 1 seat, RJD 1, NCP 1 and 2 independents. JMM formed the government by forming an alliance with RJD, CPM and Congress.
