Winchester police make arrest after shooting in city

Winchester police report the arrest of a person involved in the June 20 shooting in the city.

Jason Fletcher and two juveniles were arrested in connection with the shooting in the area of ​​Peyton and Braddock streets.

Fletcher is charged with shooting into an occupied structure and two counts of inducing a minor to commit crimes.

Arrest warrants were issued against the two teenagers for shooting in an apartment and conspiracy.

All suspects in the incident were arrested and charged.

Fletcher is being held at the Northwest Regional Adult Detention Center on a $5,000 secured bond.

Investigators found evidence of bullet holes on the western exterior of the house.

After questioning witnesses, the perpetrators were identified and arrest warrants were issued.

No one was injured in the June 20 incident.
