Puerto Vallarta, Mexico — Two people were killed and another was seriously injured in a devastating accident late Sunday night on Francisco Medina Ascencio Avenue in Puerto Vallarta. The tragic incident occurred just minutes before midnight on August 18, when a public service vehicle crashed near Marina Vallarta.
