Hunter Henry (lower body) could be ready for Week 1
Patriots coach Jerod Mayo said he believes Hunter Henry will be healthy for the start of the season.

Fantasy influence

“I think he'll be there,” Mayo said. Henry sat out training camp with a lower-body injury. He is expected to remain the starting tight end for New England once he's healthy.

Juwan Johnson (foot) removed from PUP list
Juwan Johnson (foot) was removed from the PUP list.

Fantasy influence

Johnson was on the PUP list for a few weeks due to a foot injury, but he has recovered well and the team has since elevated him to the active roster. He should practice going forward and is expected to be 100% healthy in Week 1.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley apparently underwent a back examination after he fell to the ground during practice and did not return.

Fantasy influence

This is a situation worth continuing to monitor given Barkley's value as a fantasy football star with a current ADP of RB5 (half PPR). If he returns to practice soon, this shouldn't be a cause for concern, but it will be crucial to see if he misses time. RBs Will Shipley and Kenneth Gainwell will play behind Barkley in 2024.
