Beyonce possibly legal action against the Trump Campaign after the former President Donald Trump used her song “Freedom” in a social media video without permission, Rolling Stone reports.

According to the point of sale, The singer threatened to cease and desist and demanded that the campaign remove the video in which the lemonade Rail.

A source close to Beyoncé said Rolling Stone that the Trump campaign neither asked for nor received permission to use “Freedom” in the 13-second video showing Trump disembarking from a plane in Michigan. The video, posted by Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung on Tuesday, remained on Cheung's X-account until Wednesday, even after Beyoncé's label issued a cease-and-desist threat.

“Freedom” played a major role in Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign, with Beyoncé's full approval. Earlier this week, the Harris/Walz campaign released a new commercial using the song as the soundtrack, featuring actor Jeffrey Wright delivering a message about America's future and resilience. The song has become Harris' unofficial anthem and is used at key moments in her campaign.

However, Trump has a history of using music at his rallies without the artists' consent, leading to legal threats and backlash from numerous musicians. This latest incident involving Beyoncé's “Freedom” joins a long list of artists who have spoken out against the former president's unauthorized use of their work.
