Blake Lively's surprising relationship with famous sister despite big age difference

Although Blake Lively has worked her way up to become a household name, she is far from the only famous face in her family.

Blake, 36, has come a long way since he started working with people like gossip Girl And The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.

Most recently she played in It ends with usa film about domestic violence based on the novel of the same name by Colleen Hoover.

She is also currently facing numerous rumors about behind-the-scenes creative differences between her and director Justin Baldoni.

Blake has probably been spending a lot of time with her family to distract herself from social media – and she's probably leaning on her famous big sister Robyn Lively to do so.

Robyn, 52, has been acting since she was six years old and has since secured roles in major box office hits, including Teen Witch And Karate Kid III.

She was eventually nominated for an Emmy for her performance in ABC After-School Special in 1991.

She also received roles in television series such as Twin Peaks, savannah And It's always sunny in Philadelphia.

Although she is 16 years older than her sister Blake, she calls her her “best friend” on social media.

To celebrate Blake's birthday in 2022, Robyn posted a series of photos of herself and her sister on Instagram, captioning it, “Ohhhh you're my best friend…. Now everyone knows you're barely younger than me. Happy birthday sweet sissy you're special to me.”

In a recent post, she congratulated Blake on It ends with us.

She wrote: “What an honor to be able to support my sister with our family in the biggest performance of her career! It's not easy to watch, but man, is it important. She brings so much lightness and grace to this heartbreaking performance and also leaves you feeling strong and hopeful.

“I literally watched her pour her heart and soul into this film on little to no sleep. You can't even imagine the work she put into it in front of and behind the camera.

“Her DNA is scattered everywhere like magical fairy dust. I honestly don't know how she does it all. I'm bursting with pride!”

About the age difference between the two, Robyn told Fox News: “There is a big age difference that almost feels nonexistent because [Blake is] now a mother.

“We have so much in common. Our relationship goes on a deeper level. We used to help each other with our projects and works, things like that. Now we're mothers together. … I really feel like their children are mine, like I gave birth to them and vice versa.”
