The sheriff's office said she was charged with having sex with an inmate on multiple occasions and bringing six cellphones and contraband to another inmate.

“The investigation revealed the involvement of at least four current residents who were charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of prohibited items,” the sheriff's office said.

The Fulton County Sheriff's Office said more arrests are expected.

“These women unfortunately chose to stand on the wrong side of the law by fraternizing with residents they were entrusted to protect,” said Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat. “They will now face the consequences for the crimes they are accused of. Our employees and contractors are held to equally high standards of integrity.”
