Seattle police have arrested a 15-year-old boy in connection with a shooting that occurred in a Safeway parking lot in Capitol Hill on August 11.

On Thursday evening, the teenager was discovered by a patrol officer in the Yesler Terrace neighborhood who recognized him from the shooting.
