Drug raid with 3 arrests in East Hampton

EAST HAMPTON, CT (WFSB) – Three men were arrested on various drug charges after police conducted a raid in East Hampton on Thursday.

Police identified the suspects as 60-year-old Frederick Galvin, 52-year-old Jeffrey Poe and 44-year-old Anton Facius.

They said they executed a search warrant at several addresses on Midwood Farm Road at 6 a.m. Thursday.

Details of the circumstances surrounding the execution were not disclosed.

Galvin was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

His bail was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of September 3.

Poe was charged with possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, ammunition or electronic defense weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, distribution of illegal drugs and possession of a high capacity magazine.

His bail was set at $50,000 and he was due to appear before a judge on Thursday.

Facius was charged with possession of cannabis in a legal amount, illegal distribution of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Facius' bail was set at $5,000 and his court date was scheduled for September 3.
