Speaking to News18, Kanhaiya Sharma said, “I have been selling dosas for the last four years. I prepare dosas using high-quality oil to ensure the health and well-being of my customers. First, I buy urad dal, chickpeas, rice and fenugreek from the market. Then I make the dosa batter by grinding these ingredients in a blender at home.”

“Next, I finely chop onions, tomatoes and coriander and mix them into the dosa. I also prepare sambhar with different vegetables to accompany the dosa. I make sure that only quality spices are used which give the dosa a unique and delicious taste. Recently, I started adding butter and cheese to the dosas and this variation is very popular among the customers,” added Sharma.

Those looking for something more substantial can try the paneer dosa, which is made of paneer with potatoes and onions and is available for Rs 50.
