Bellingham sends a message to Real Madrid fans after injury setback

Real Madrid confirmed yesterday that midfield star Jude Bellingham was injured in training. The club did not disclose the duration of his injury, but he is expected to be out for at least a month.

Needless to say, this announcement dealt a major blow to Carlo Ancelotti's plans, as the young player played a central role in Real Madrid's momentum last season.

In addition, Bellingham seemed to be back to his best in his team's final games after a dry spell at the end of the previous season.

Bellingham expresses his feelings

After the news of his injury broke, the English midfielder expressed his disappointment with the situation on his official X account and said that he wants to use this setback to come back stronger.

“I hate missing games, but I try to see the positive side of it. Maybe my body is telling me that it needs a little more rest after a tough year.” he began.

He also thanked his fans for the support he had received in the last few hours and promised to return as soon as possible.

“I am very frustrated but I will support the boys like a fan until I can return to them at my best and strongest. Thank you for your concerned and supportive messages. Lots of love and Madrid Hall!” he added.

With Bellingham now out for at least a month, it remains to be seen who the manager will choose as his preferred replacement option.

Arda Guler, Brahim Diaz and Luka Modric seem to be the best options and the manager does not have much time to decide until his team's next game.
