Victim of Sidney Avenue shooting stabilizes

On August 24, at approximately 11:56 p.m., Baltimore Police officers responded to a 911 call at a local hospital because a shooting victim was present there.

Upon arrival, officers found a 26-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim is currently in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 2400 block of Sidney Avenue.

South Precinct shooting investigators responded and took over the lead of this investigation. Anyone with information can contact them at 410-396-2499.
