Regarding the recent rumours of a split from her husband Dipak Chauhan, Arti expresses her frustration and says she cannot “understand how these rumours arise”.

Actress Arti Singh recently took to her Instagram account to share a series of photos from her Rakhi celebration with her cousin Ragini Khanna and her maternal uncle, actor Govinda's children Yashvardhan and Tina, at his Mumbai residence. In one of the pictures, Govinda's wife Sunita could be seen in the background. The gathering was particularly notable as it signalled the end of a long-standing rift between Govinda and his nephew Krushna Abhishek.

Talking about the meeting, Arti, who tied the knot with businessman Dipak Chauhan on April 25, says, “I was there to tie the rakhi to Yash. I met Sunita Maami; she loved me and was happy for me. Maama was also very happy for me and Dipak. He came to our wedding in April, which was a big deal for me. I wish Maami was married, but that wouldn't be my fault. But that's what I want.”

Regarding the recent rumours of a breakup with Chauhan, Arti expresses her frustration and says that she doesn't understand “how these rumours arise”. “I was very upset when these reports surfaced. But I am alone now and we have decided to do this. We are happy but there will be no trouble in paradise,” she says.

Singh, who celebrated her fourth month anniversary on Sunday, tells us that she had the wedding of her dreams. “Jaisa socha tha vaisa hi hua. We didn't want a big fat wedding. I wanted a simple wedding at ISKON and that's what we did. I am very happy,” she adds. Asked if anything has changed after her wedding, Arti says, “There have been no changes at all. Sometimes I wonder, 'Haaye, kya sach mein meri shaadi hogayi hai?' There is no pressure at all. Dipak is relaxed and we are like friends. When you become friends, everything becomes easier.”

A few days after the wedding, the couple set off on a month-long trip to Paris and Greece. When asked about it, the 39-year-old fondly recalls their time together, noting: “I recently visited Paris for the second time. On my first trip, I bought a lock and promised that I would return with my husband to put it on the bridge – and that's exactly what we did. I've always dreamed of taking a kissing photo under the Eiffel Tower, so I was thrilled to finally do it. It was his first visit to Paris and my first visit to Greece, so we both had a great time exploring these beautiful places.”
