Man arrested in double stabbing in Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, PA — A man is in custody after two men were stabbed in the Perry North neighborhood Saturday night.

Shortly before 10 p.m., police responded to the 300 block of Vinceton Street for a report of a man being stabbed. They found one man with abdominal injuries and another with cuts to his wrist and arm area.

Both were taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.

In connection with the incident, police arrested 57-year-old Todd Brooks of Pittsburgh. He is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person.

Brooks is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.

Initial investigations suggest that the men were involved in an argument in the house.

The police are continuing their investigation.
