BRS MP Palla Rajeshwar Reddy in trouble?

The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRAA) has caused a stir with a series of demolitions of illegal structures across Telangana, triggering tensions among several prominent personalities in the state.

Many industrialists and politicians are now being targeted by HYDRAA because they fear that their properties, which they have built illegally in lakes or on foreign land, could end up next on HYDRAA's list.

One of the prominent politicians who has been in the news in recent days for his alleged illegal constructions is senior BRS politician and Jangaon MP Palla Rajeshwar Reddy.

Just a few days ago, an FIR was filed against Rajeshwar Reddy accusing him of setting up Anurag University within the buffer zone of a lake in Venkatapuram in Medchal Malkajgiri district.

Palla, however, denied the allegations and claimed that his educational institutions were set up legally by obtaining necessary permissions from the authorities.

Adding to the controversy, protests erupted today outside Rajeshwar Reddy's other property, Neelima Medical College, which is near Anurag University.

The protesters alleged that Rajeshwar Reddy had illegally seized their 11-acre land under the name Gayatri Educational Trust. They also demanded the demolition of the college.

While they were talking to the media, Rajeshwar Reddy's associates tried to stop them. As a result, a fight broke out between the two groups, resulting in a tense atmosphere. Later, both the groups filed a complaint against each other at the local police station.

With constant accusations of illegally setting up educational institutions, the public is wondering if Palla has gotten into trouble due to HYDRAA attacks.
