Father who accused 'The Flash' star Ezra Miller of grooming her child now says they were wrong

In 2022 The Flash Star Ezra Miller was accused of grooming by several parties. Around the same time, there were also allegations of assaulting people, harassing them, and possibly committing serious crimes such as burglary and trespassing.

The whole thing is still pretty convoluted at this point (The Cut has a pretty detailed breakdown), but Miller has since stated that they are seeking treatment for “complex mental health issues.”

Among the most serious allegations were those of parents Sara Jumping Eagle and Chase Iron Eyes. They wanted to obtain a restraining order from Miller for their child Gibson Iron Eyes.

They claimed that Miller convinced them to send Gibson to Bard College in Simon's Rock, Massachusetts, “to make him feel guilty,” and that the actor fed Gibson drugs and alcohol before physically abusing her.

Gibson denied the allegations in a statement and accused the parents in their defense of Miller's “emotional and psychological manipulation.” Sara Jumping Eagle countered by saying, Justice League The star is said to have “brainwashed” her child through “emotional abuse.”

Her uncle, Chief Bear Cross, also made a number of damaging allegations, but Chase Iron Eyes has since changed his mind, saying the accusations were based on third-party information provided to him by a witness who later retracted his testimony.

“I would like to say the following about the drama three years ago when I filed a petition claiming that Ezra had 'groomed' Tokata,” The pursuit of Iron Eyes has begun. “I made this statement in my plea (at a time of absolute war) based on information from a witness who later retracted this statement and said that nothing had happened from which they could have deduced anything improper. Therefore, I immediately withdrew the court applications.”

He added: “Now we're doing our best to move on, to reconcile, to heal, while also being supportive as a father. As long as Tokata is OK, we're OK. These are real people living real lives, and once you're in that fire where there's no anonymity, there's no safe place to retreat to. It's a strange place and not an enviable one. It takes a lot to throw yourself back into the fight.”

The whole thing is pretty odd, and it's unclear if Chase Iron Eyes is trying to set the record straight, if it's part of Miller's attempt to mount a comeback, or if none or all of it is true. It's also important to note that just because someone retracted their statement doesn't mean it wasn't true.

Either way, it will be an uphill battle for Miller to return to Hollywood after everything that has happened, and despite James Gunn’s praise for The Flashit's hard to believe they'll play the Scarlet Speedster again.
