Naked man broke into Delaware County daycare, arrested after jumping out window: police

LOWER CHICHESTER, Pa. – Moments of horrific chaos at a local daycare center came to an abrupt end last week when police arrested a naked and bloodied man.

Officers responded to reports of an intoxicated man armed with scissors attempting to break into Sonrise Christian Day School in Linwood.

When they arrived, they found clothing scattered in the lobby and loud bangs and breaking glass above them.

Authorities said the suspect jumped from the second floor and found him naked and covered in blood on the street below.

He was taken into custody and identified as 18-year-old Saheir Sadler-Chandler.

While being taken to a medical center for treatment, police said he spat blood and saliva at medical staff.

Sadler-Chandler is charged with burglary, simple assault, reckless endangerment, weapons offenses, harassment and related offenses.
