Arrest made in connection to Ellis Square mass shooting

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Savannah Police have arrested another suspect in connection with the mass shooting that happened in Ellis Square.

Ericque Street was arrested on August 15th with the assistance of U.S. Marshals.

Police have said Street was facing charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

11 people were injured during the shooting, 10 by gunfire and one by glass.
