Three injured in fight at Hayward High

HAYWARD – Three high school students were involved in a fight on campus, two of them possibly suffering stabbing injuries, police said.

According to a statement from Hayward police, the fight broke out around 1:20 p.m. Monday at Hayward High in the 1600 block of East Street.

The police said that all the injured students would survive. They were all boys.

One of them, a 15-year-old, was taken to a hospital by ambulance and treated there. Another 15-year-old was taken to a hospital by a family member. Both boys appeared to have knife wounds, police said.
