Tu, who has a special passion for sports and fitness, has been taking morning walks and doing physical exercises for 20 years.

“Every morning, she gets up at 4 a.m. to pray. At 5 a.m., she walks twice around the lake, 400 meters from my house, for a total distance of about 3.5 to 4 kilometers. “At 96, Tu is still clear-headed, healthy and able to take care of all her personal activities herself. In her free time, she can be found helping with cleaning rooms and preparing meals.”

Nam said she “lives a happy, healthy and meaningful life.”

Tu is always cheerful and optimistic, so she attracts people's attention wherever she goes. At the gym, many people admire her for her good health and enthusiasm.
