Number of injured rises to 21 people, including 10 police officers

The number of people injured in a Russian airstrike on Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region on August 28 has risen to 21, including ten police officers.

The Interior Ministry posted this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“Yesterday’s airstrike on the city of Kupiansk left 21 people injured, including ten police officers,” the statement said.

The Russians fired a FAB-500 aerial bomb with a UMPK module into the city center. 43 multi-story buildings, private houses and civilian vehicles were damaged. Administrative vehicles were also damaged.

As Ukrinform reported, on the night of August 29, the Russian army shelled the village of Odnorobivka in the Kharkiv region with a Grad multiple rocket launcher. After restoration, the power grid was damaged again.
