Oasis: All shows in Great Britain and Ireland are sold out

Since 9am on Saturday, when general sales for concerts in Edinburgh, London, Cardiff and Manchester began, fans have been venting their frustration at being kicked off ticket websites and quoted higher prices for Noel and Liam Gallagher's reunion tour.

At 7pm, the rockers from Manchester posted on X: “Tickets for Oasis Live '25 in the UK and Ireland are now sold out.”

“Please be aware that counterfeit and invalid tickets are appearing on the secondary market. Tickets can ONLY be resold at face value via @TicketmasterUK and @Twickets.”

Ticketmaster had already announced at 1:23 p.m. that the Irish shows in Dublin's Croke Park were sold out.

Fans reported problems loading the “Gigs and Tours” and “See Tickets” websites of Manchester-based promoter SJM Concerts, both of which appeared to be offline for most of the day.

Some claimed they had been “banned” by Ticketmaster UK and Ireland after being accused of being “bots”.

The website's customer service representatives advised concerned customers to “use only one tab, clear their cookies and make sure they are not using any VPN software on their device.”

Scott McLean, 28, who logged into his account on the ticket sales website at 7.30am on Saturday before the Irish sale began at 8am, claimed he felt worse after trying to follow that guide.

Additionally, the price of some tickets on Ticketmaster has more than doubled, from around £148 to around £355, after fans waited for hours to secure a seat at the Oasis Live 25 shows.

An explanation on the website about the prices of the “coveted standing room tickets” states: “The organizer has priced these tickets according to their market value.

“Tickets do not include VIP packages. Availability and prices are subject to change.”

Ticketmaster told the PA news agency it does not set prices and posted a link to its website which says costs can be “fixed or market-based”.

It is assumed that ticket prices are set by the organizers and not by the artists.

Oasis tickets have already been re-offered for thousands of pounds on the ticket exchange and resale websites Viagogo and Stubhub.

Cris Miller, Viagogo's global CEO, defended his website, saying: “Resale is legal in the UK and fans are always protected by our guarantee that they will receive their tickets in time for the event or get their money back.”

Since the Gallagher brothers split 15 years ago, sparked by a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris in 2009, their fans have been clamoring for them to get back together.

It has not yet been announced who will perform with Liam and Noel as part of Oasis.

Noel, 57, left the group on August 28, 2009, saying he “just couldn't work with Liam another day,” and the brothers have been making negative comments about each other for more than a decade.

The band confirmed on Tuesday that the reunion dates had been confirmed, saying “the long wait is over” and that the brothers' bitter split was over. They also revealed that Oasis Live 25 will be a world tour.

Shows outside Europe will be confirmed at a later date.

StubHub and official ticket sellers and promoters such as SJM, MCD Productions and See Tickets have been contacted for comment.
