Man allegedly stalked teenager in Toronto and made sexual gestures: TPS

Police have arrested a man who allegedly made sexual gestures toward women and stalked teenage girls in Toronto's Annex neighbourhood.

A Toronto Police press release said the incident occurred shortly after 4 p.m. on Sunday in the area of ​​Bloor Street and Bathurst Street.

Investigators allege that a person was walking on Bloor Street when the defendants blocked her path and made inappropriate sexual gestures towards her.

The defendant was then allegedly observed making similar gestures towards several other women before following a number of teenage girls.

The police then intervened, the press release said, and arrested 43-year-old Adel Najikhole from Toronto.

Najikhole has been charged with harassment and is scheduled to appear in court on Sunday.

Toronto police say they believe there are more victims and have released a photo of the accused to encourage anyone with further information to come forward.
