The Golf Lodge was officially opened on a windy Thursday, August 22nd, showcasing the contrast between a round of golf on a simulator on a world-famous golf course in a warm, windless and welcoming atmosphere.

Carson Chamber members, family, friends and dignitaries gathered for a brief grand opening of the city's newest entertainment center.

Representative PK O'Neill presented a certificate of congratulations to 26-year-old owner Alec Emmons, who recently moved here from his native Indiana, and then tried out his rusty golf club at Pebble Beach.

Mayor Lori Bagwell and Chamber Chair Melanie Thomas presented congratulatory certificates.

The Golf Lodge features a full-service bar and private meeting/party room, as well as a main room with three simulator seats where fans can enjoy a cocktail while watching the progress of their favorite local golfer.

In total, there are four Trackman iO simulators and four tee boxes to hone your skills while playing on over 330 courses.

The Golf Lodge is located at 4530 S. Carson St. Memberships are available. Visit website
