Wild moment: Motorcyclist throws himself onto a moving car and hits his head against the window in a bizarre incident of aggression behind the wheel

It was a shocking incident of driving aggression in which a motorcyclist threw himself onto the hood of a moving car and banged his head against the window in an attempt to prevent the other driver from driving away.

It is unclear what sparked the bizarre confrontation between the motorcyclist and the driver of a white compact car in Canberra this week.

A local resident managed to film the encounter. It shows the cyclist parking his motorcycle in front of the small car, which was about to turn right at an intersection.

“You’re not going here,” shouted the motorcyclist as the car began to reverse.

The motorcyclist then jumped onto the hood of the car.

The driver then reared forward, causing the motorcyclist to hit his head against the windshield.

He was then pushed off the hood, but in the process tore off the side mirror of the hatchback.

The white car then drove off while the man unsuccessfully tried to ram his head through the passenger window.

A motorcyclist in Canberra attempted to block a car by parking his motorcycle in front of the vehicle and jumping on the hood.

The footage ends with the man getting on his bike and riding away.

The video was shared on a local Facebook page in Canberra and many were shocked by the aggressive confrontation.

“It doesn’t matter who is to blame. This cannot continue,” one person commented.

“The license plate on the motorcycle is all the police need to talk to her… and I hope they do.”

However, many wondered what the cause of the incident was.

“The biker's reaction was horrific, but I bet what we're not seeing is even worse. The driver of the car clearly did something wrong to provoke such a reaction,” one person wrote.
