For LIGHT 'EM UP, the band has once again teamed up with producer and songwriter Marti Frederiksen (Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Buckcherry, Scott Stapp), as they did on MAKE SOME NOISE (2016) and BURN IT DOWN (2018), to hear heroes like AC/DC, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin and KISS – in some songs even in alternating combinations. KING OF THE NORTH already contained loosening elements in the harsh Nordic melodic death metal, but with producer Saku Moilanen's now even more dominant use of orchestrations, the group takes a further step. (Read more here)

While the introductory title track does arouse thematic interest, but its behavioral design makes it seem a bit bland and the introduction to the album is not necessarily essential, the wild riff storm “Rat Kingdom” remains in the memory as the first exclamation mark. (Read more here)
