Winona Ryder and Keanu Reeves still call themselves husband and wife –

One of the most memorable and well-known Hollywood legends is that Winona Ryder and Keanu Reeves may actually be married to each other, despite the fact that they were never married or in a romantic relationship. The couple believe that they may have accidentally married on the set of Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula in 1992, as the wedding scene involved real priests who may have bound the two into holy matrimony.

While it's never been confirmed whether this is true or not, Reeves and Ryder don't seem too bothered about finding out either, and actually treat the incident with light humor and fond memories. According to the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Reeves and Ryder still refer to each other as husband and wife in text messages, even though this incident happened over 30 years ago.

Ryder says: “We always say who it is, even if it's in the text message. So on his birthday I say, 'Happy birthday, my husband.' And then he says, 'Hey, my wife, I love you. KR 57.' Every birthday he says KR 57 or whatever age he is. He's always done that.”
