Pax Jolie-Pitt shows facial scars on the red carpet

The son of star actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt was involved in an e-bike accident in Los Angeles at the end of July. Now, a month later, Jolie-Pitt walked the red carpet with his mother at the premiere of their war film “Without Blood” at this year's Toronto International Film Festival.

The mother-son duo appeared on the red carpet in all-black outfits. Jolie-Pitt paired a classic black suit with a black tie and sunglasses with Jolie's dress, which also included matching gloves. Scars from Jolie-Pitt's accident in the summer were visible on Jolie's forehead. “Without Blood,” starring actress Salma Hayek Pinault, is the seventh film directed by Jolie.

In addition to Jolie Pitt (20), the Oscar winner of “Girl, Interrupted” also shares Maddox (23), Zahara (19), Shiloh (18) and the twins Knox and Vivienne (15) with Pitt. The appearance on the red carpet follows a dramatic summer for the broken Hollywood family.

In July, Pitt, who had challenged the financial handling of the former couple's Château Miraval winery, filed a motion in Los Angeles County Superior Court to dismiss Jolie's request to release his private communications. The communications include messages about a 2016 family trip during which Pitt allegedly assaulted Jolie and her children.
