Kate Moss' sister Lottie hospitalized after Ozempic overdose

Kate Moss' troubled half-sister Lottie Moss revealed she was hospitalized and suffered a seizure after taking an overdose of Ozempic.

“It was the worst decision I've ever made, so this is a warning to everyone: Please, if you're thinking about doing it, don't do it. It's just not worth it,” the 26-year-old model said on Thursday's episode of her podcast “Dream On.”

Lottie explained that she tried the anti-diabetic drug, which has become popular in Hollywood for weight loss, a few months ago when she was “unhappy” with her body.

Lottie admitted that she had taken the drug for two weeks after a friend prescribed it to her by an “unreliable” doctor.

However, she later learned that she had injected almost twice the recommended dose for a person of her weight.

The wrong amount ultimately resulted in Lottie “getting so sick one day” that she “couldn't keep any water” or food down and her face had “no color,” so her friend took her to the emergency room after she was bedridden for two days.

“As soon as I entered the room where I was being examined by another nurse, I literally had a seizure due to my dehydration, which was honestly the worst thing that has ever happened to me in my life,” she confessed.

Lottie recalled that her face “tightened” and her “whole body [being] tense.”

“Your hands cramp up and you can't move them. It feels like you're breaking your hand. It was really horrible,” she said.

Lottie, who battled addiction for most of her adult life, said she wished she had known the “little things” about Ozempic before injecting it because in the end it was “the worst decision” she had ever made.

“I would rather die than take it again. It made me so sick,” she told the audience.

The OnlyFans founder explained that she started taking the drug when she weighed around 60 kilograms and lost weight to 52 kilograms in less than two weeks.

“I hope that by talking about it, [it] may teach some people that it's not worth it at all, and it's for diabetes – it's not really for weight loss,” she admitted.

Lottie said she found it “difficult” to see other celebrities taking weight loss drugs without envying their “dramatic weight losses”.

“This 'heroin chic' trend is coming back, that was the case in the 90s. We shouldn't go there. That shouldn't be a trend now. Where has the body positivity gone? I don't understand it,” she wondered about the era in which her half-sister Kate, now 50, rose to fame.

Despite the external pressures, Lottie told her listeners that she had “got to a point” where she was finally “happy” with her weight – thanks in part to her new boyfriend.

“Because he loved me, I loved myself more in every way,” she raved.

Lottie has previously spoken about struggling with mental health issues and addiction since starting her modelling career.

“I think I rebelled so much against an industry that made me sad. I rebelled so much against being that person because I just felt so miserable in that role,” she said in an emotional TikTok video in January.

Lottie checked herself into rehab in early 2022 and frequently posted TikToks during her stay there.

A source told the Post at the time that Kate was “deeply ashamed” of Lottie’s handling of her problems.
