Perry Farrell beats Dave Navarro and ends the show “Jane's Addiction”

Jane's Addiction's Friday night show in Boston was interrupted when singer Perry Farrell shoved and then punched guitarist Dave Navarro. The singer then flew into a rage and had to be restrained by several crew members and escorted off the stage.

Below you can see numerous videos of the confrontation.

According to JamBase’s social media reports, the unspecified problems between Navarro and Farrell began during the ninth song of the evening, “Mountain Song,” and lasted until Ritual of habit epic “Three Days” and boiled over at the end of “Ocean Size”.

Midway through the song, Farrell is seen yelling at Navarro and then aggressively shoving the guitarist during the game. This led to Navarro holding Farrell with his forearm while they argued, and Farrell then breaking free of the hold and punching Navarro before crew members intervened.

After Farrell was escorted off the stage by several crew members, the band came forward to thank the fans. Drummer Stephen Perkins hugged Navarro and checked on the guitarist.
