Georgia Bulldogs starting running back Trevor Etienne was injured in the second quarter of the Bulldogs’ game against Kentucky on Saturday night.

Etienne has sustained a shoulder injury and is “out of action for the time being,” according to a team spokesman. Georgia Radio sideline reporter DJ Shockley reported that the injury is Etienne's left shoulder.

When Etienne left late in the second quarter, the score was 3-3 between Georgia and Kentucky.

Latest information on Trevor Etienne's injury

Etienne left the game when Georgia was struggling a lot on offense in the first half. He had 9 of Georgia's 12 runs in the first half, but wasn't very successful as the Bulldogs line was under control.

Etienne returned in the third quarter after Kentucky had built a 9-3 lead.

Who else does Georgia have as a RB on its depth chart?

Redshirt sophomore Branson Robinson and true freshman Nate Frazier are the second- and third-team running backs, respectively. Robinson had 1 run for 2 yards in the first half.
