Video: Expat from Dubai receives 1000 roses and a Ferrari for Valentine's Day – News

Ah, Valentine's Day, a day to show our loved ones how special they are. Of course, you can do this on any day, but most of the big surprises happen on Valentine's Day.
Speaking of big surprises, here's one that happened here in Dubai.
In a YouTube video, Alex Hirschi, better known online as Supercar Blondie, received what is probably the greatest Valentine's Day gift of all time. For this special day, she received 1,000 roses in a Ferrari.

You read that right – a Ferrari as a super sports car. Because what would be a more fitting surprise for a supercar blonde than a super sports car?
In the video, her husband takes the audience on a behind-the-scenes tour and shows how the surprise was carefully planned. It all started with a poll where he asked the audience which car he should get. While the poll's top favorites were the Lamborghini Huracan, Mercedes AMG GTR and Aston Martin DB11, he chose the Ferrari 488 because nothing goes better with Valentine's Day than a red supercar. But it doesn't end there.
The car is then loaded with a thousand roses by a florist in Dubai and brought directly to the door of the hotel where Supercar Blondie is staying.
One phone call later, she comes downstairs, visibly surprised, when she is handed the keys to her Valentine's Day surprise. When she opens the door, flowers come out of the car.
The video ends with the Ferrari coming to life, with Alex adding that it was “such an incredible surprise.”
The video has already gone viral on Facebook, garnering over 20 million views and more than 260,000 shares. You can watch it below.
