UFC Fight Night Edmonton scheduled for November, main and co-main events announced

This year, the UFC has resumed a much more active travel schedule, and in recent months there have been UFC events in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Manchester, England, and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This weekend, the federation returns to Perth, Australia, for UFC 305.

In addition to an announcement for UFC Edmonton on November 2, the UFC has announced that it will return to Macau on November 23 for a UFC Fight Night event at Galaxy Arena.

Macau, a special administrative region of China below the southern mainland province of Guangdong, first hosted a UFC event in 2012 before the organizer returned for two events in 2014. The last event pitted future UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping against Cung Le at the Cotai Arena.

The UFC's last trip to China was in 2019, when Zhang Weili captured the UFC strawweight title for the first time when she knocked out Jessica Andrade in Shenzhen.
