Famous Clydesdales gallop along the waterfront at the Folds of Honor event

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — The Budweiser Clydesdales will trot to National Harbor on Aug. 21 to participate in a Folds of Honor event symbolizing the 14-year partnership between the two.

Since 2007, Folds of Honor has awarded approximately 52,000 scholarships to families of fallen or disabled U.S. service members and families of first responders. Anheuser-Busch, its brands and wholesale partners have donated $28 million to fund more than 5,000 scholarships for Folds of Honor recipients.

The Clydesdales will appear in a parade at National Harbor beginning at 29 Waterfront St. and proceeding along that street at 4 p.m. on Aug. 22 at a scholarship award ceremony as part of the Folds of Honor program. The majestic horse's national tour this year includes stops at military events, air shows, fleet weeks and other special events.
