Ten soldiers are injured in a training incident at the US Navy's Fallon Airfield near Reno.

Ten U.S. soldiers were injured Thursday evening in a training accident involving two helicopters at the U.S. Navy's Fallon Airfield, police in Reno, Nevada, said. Fallon is about 60 miles east of Reno.

The ten were taken to Reno for treatment. They were flown there in two helicopters and landed at Pickett Park in Reno at 9:15 p.m., police said.

Navy officials told CBS News that no serious injuries were reported.

Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno told CBS affiliate KTVN-TV in Reno that the ten soldiers were being treated there, but did not provide further details about their injuries.

A Naval Air Force spokesman said Friday that all ten had since been released.

A Navy official told CBS News the training incident involved two MH-60 Sierra helicopters and occurred about 40 miles east of Fallon Airfield.

There was no further information on how the incident occurred or the condition of the two helicopters.
