Jacek joins White & Case from Dentons, where he was a partner.

KEY QUOTES:

“As central banks cut interest rates later in the year, reducing borrowing costs, we are preparing for a surge in real estate transactions. In Central and Eastern Europe, over 50 percent of real estate investment is made in Poland, a country with a lot of foreign capital invested and home to many of the world's largest investment funds. By adding an experienced real estate partner with an established network in Poland, we can respond to the recovering real estate market and have the capacity to advise clients on how to capitalize on opportunities in the region.”

  • Victoria Landsbert, partner at White & Case and co-head of the firm’s Global Real Estate Industry Group

“Jacek is a talented partner with a deep understanding of the real estate market in Poland and broad commercial knowledge. His extensive experience in advising on real estate transactions coupled with our existing capabilities in Warsaw will enable us to guide clients through the full lifecycle of their corporate real estate investments, from structuring and fundraising to acquisitions, asset management and exit.”

  • Marcin Studniarek, senior partner of White & Case Office in Warsaw

“We have a large and successful Global Real Estate Industry Group in which we continue to invest, as demonstrated by the arrival of Jacek and the recent addition of partner John Cahill in New York and Hong Kong. The group provides market-leading advice in many of our core areas, such as mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and capital markets, and is perfectly positioned to respond to the evolving needs of our clients in the real estate sector.”
